Gym Access Policy

Q: Why am I locked out? How can I gain access to check out the gym?

A: Our gym is different than other fitness facilities in so many ways and our access system is one of them. Unfortunately, you can't just show up and walk through our front door unannounced! Gaining access is very simple once you understand our policy. Because we don't have a front counter registration, a high pressure sales department and our personal trainers/performance coaches have very tight schedules an appointment becomes necessary! We require that you call, email, message or text us in advance so that we may meet with you and spend the time necessary to answer any and all important questions and concerns regarding your fitness needs. We promise to return your message in much less then 24 hours! Our members, trainers and clients enjoy the fact that they can focus on their workouts without too many additional distractions and this policy helps accomplish that. If you decide to become a MAC Gym boxing or workout member, or participate in our personal training, or sports performance programs you will be assigned a Brivo mobile access code which grants access to the gym! Now that would be a beautiful thing!
